Why I Teach!

No matter how you look at it, there’s a lack of depth in how gospel music is being taught today. I teach music the way I wish it had been taught when I was first learning. I believe in explaining why things work the way they do and breaking everything down, instead of just saying, “Play this and don’t worry about the rest.”

I don’t just teach you a few chords and licks and call it a day. I teach you how to create your own chords and licks and how everything works together harmoniously. Most teachers don’t approach teaching the way I do, and I’m incredibly passionate about it.
